About Stories of Us
COVID-19 is unlike any crisis the world has ever experienced. It has brought our nation to a standstill, and compelled us to stay home, adapt to new norms and overcome countless challenges.
Everyone has a story to tell, and every story shared is a glimpse into someone’s lived experiences, hopes, fears and aspirations. Through Stories of Us, these stories are preserved – in your own words and pictures – as a reminder of what living through a global pandemic means to us.
More importantly, these stories allow us to reflect on how our shared experiences have hardened our resolve as a nation, and inspired us to take action so that we emerge stronger from this test of a generation. Your reflections and contributions will help us connect with one another, as individuals and as communities, and look forward with hope as a nation.
Stories of Us is a collaboration between the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, our partners and you – in the spirit of Singapore Together. We can all do our part to shape our shared future, not just for ourselves, but for the generations after us.
